U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, U.S. Department of Labor
The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) is the principal Federal agency for labor economics and statistics. The BLS is an independent national statistical agency that collects, processes, analyzes, and disseminates statistical data to the American public, the U.S. Congress, other Federal agencies, State and local governments, business, and labor.

- At a Glance Tables. Summary tables of labor-related statistics for the nation, states and MSA's
- Current Employment Statistics (CES). Detailed industry data on employment, hours, and earnings of workers on nonfarm payrolls.
- Current Population Survey (CPS). Monthly survey of households which provides a comprehensive body of data on the labor force, employment, unemployment, and persons not in the labor force
- Industry Productivity and Costs. Quarterly and annual output per hour and unit labor costs
- Local Area Unemployment Statistics (LAUS). Monthly and annual employment, unemployment, and labor force data for Census regions and divisions, States, counties, metropolitan areas, and many cities, by place of residence.
- Location Quotients (LQs) Calculator. LQs are ratios that allow an area's distribution of employment by industry to be compared to a reference or base area's distribution.
- Occupational Employment Statistics (OES). Employment and wage estimates for over 800 occupations for the nation as a whole, individual states, and for metropolitan areas.
- Occupational Outlook (projections). The 10-year projections of economic growth, employment by industry and occupation, and labor force
- Quarterly Census of Employment and Wages (QCEW). Quarterly count of employment and wages reported by employers covering 98% of U.S. jobs, available at the county, MSA, state and national levels by industry.
National Labor Relations Board
The NLRB is a Federal agency that administers the National Labor Relations Act by: conducting elections to determine whether or not employees want union representation; investigating and remedying unfair labor practices by employers and unions.
Occupational Safety and Health Administration
OSHA's mission is to assure the safety and health of America's workers by setting and enforcing standards; providing training, outreach, and education; establishing partnerships; and encouraging continual improvement in workplace safety and health.

Arkansas Workers Compensation Commission
The administrative and regulatory functions of the Arkansas Workers' Compensation Commission include monitoring all claims and benefit payment to injured workers, processing settlements, lump sum payments, and requests for changes in physicians; ensuring that employers maintain required insurance coverage; approving applications of employers to act as self-insurers; and participating in programs to explain the functions of the Commission to the general public.
