Arkansas Assessment Coordination Department
The Assessment Coordination Department (ACD) administers the valuation, assessment and equalization of all property for ad valorem tax purposes, (except utility property); the collection of those taxes and the assessors, equalization boards, tax collectors and other officers charged with those duties in Arkansas counties.
The Business and Commercial Services Division includes collecting corporate franchise taxes, processing of domestic and foreign filings and registering notaries public; recording trademarks and filings pertaining to secured loans made by commercial financial institutions, processing apostilles and conducting lien searches.

DWS is the state's primary supplier of labor market information. The Labor Market Information Division of DWS has two sections: Bureau of Labor Statistics Programs and Occupational Career Information.
