Export Financing Assistance

The Arkansas Development Finance Authority (ADFA) administers the programs of the Export-Import Bank of the United States. Through Eximbank programs, the agency helps small service companies, manufacturers and agri-businesses insure against the financial risk of selling to foreign buyers. ADFA also provides the packaging to access working capital for export financing.

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) offers loan guarantees to exporters. Applicants must meet certain criteria and establish that the loans will expand or develop an export market or that they have been adversely affected by import competition.
