Infrastructure

For Arkansas communities to be competitive in a global economy, they must focus on primary infrastructure needs. This can include both traditional ideas of infrastructure - roads, utilities, rail service and telecommunications - as well as "soft" infrastructure needs of workforce and intellectual property. Site selection consultants are most interested in properties that are "shovel-ready," which means the infrastructure key components are in place and ready for immediate development.
