Claude Graves was appointed to the ARDC in 2016 by Governor Asa Hutchinson. He serves on the Rural Community Grant Program subcommittee. Claude is a Vietnam Veteran and served in the U.S. Army from 1973 through 1976. He re-enlisted in the Army Reserves in 1985, and worked in Military Intelligence as an Imagery Interpreter specialist. In 1986 he graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Claude spent the next 12 years working for both Federal and State agencies as a tax auditor. He now owns a tax consulting firm in Paragould, Arkansas Sales Tax Specialists, Inc. and represents clients throughout the State. Claude and his wife, Dena Bolar, are members of the Finch Baptist Church.
