Lynn Caldwell Hawkins
Lynn Caldwell Hawkins was appointed to the ARDC in 2011 by President Pro Tempore, Senator Paul Bookout and reappointed in 2013 by Governor Mike Beebe; Lynn was appointed to a full five year team in 2016 by Governor Asa Hutchinson. Lynn is Chair of the Rural Services Block Grant and Unpaved Roads Grant sub-committees. She is currently the Network/Community Development Manager for Community Health Centers of AR, Inc. (CHCA) and has been employed by CHCA since 2002. Lynn is a graduate of the 2009-2010 Delta Leadership Institute Executive Academy. She lived in Monroe County for 36 years at which time she moved to Phillips County and currently resides in Lexa. Lynn and her husband, Jim, have 5 children together. Lynn loves spending time with her family.
