Manufacturing Solutions to host Kata Practitioner

Attendees will gain firsthand knowledge about Toyota Kata methods from professionals in manufacturing, healthcare, government, and education. In addition, Mike Rother, keynote speaker, will facilitate a “Kata in the Classroom” session that brings Improvement Kata to schools through a 50-minute activity in which teams of students work together to solve a puzzle.

Registration is $150, and the first 75 registrants will receive a free copy of Mike Rother’s book, “Toyota Kata.”
