Faymonville Group Celebrates Steel Topping Out at New Facility in Little Rock, Arkansas
February 27, 2026LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (February 27, 2026) – Faymonville Group celebrated the steel topping out for its new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Little Rock, Arkansas. This marks the company’s first U.S. production facility and represents an investment of more than $100 million in the region.

Opening our new facility in Little Rock is a major milestone for us - and we can’t wait to grow our Faymily there.”
During the topping out ceremony held at the site, Faymonville executives were joined by state and local elected officials, economic development leaders, construction team representatives, and community stakeholders to celebrate the project milestone. The final structural steel beam was placed atop the manufacturing facility, highlighting the collaboration of all the project’s partners.

"With this investment, the Port continues to evolve as a leading logistics and industrial hub, and products built in Arkansas will continue to compete on a global stage.”
Located on a 54-acre site at the Port of Little Rock, the new facility currently covers 409,000 square feet. This will expand to 624,000 square feet in Phase 2 of the project timeline.
Faymonville announced its plans to locate the manufacturing facility in Little Rock in October 2024. The company has partnered with Isom Company on the development of the facility, which is expected to be completed and operational by Q2 of 2026.
