Allison Mears, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, is an Arkansas Behavior Support Specialist for the Arkansas Department of Education, Division of Elementary and Secondary Education - Special Education Unit, covering the DeQueen-Mena Education Service Cooperative area.  Her professional interests are helping schools, students, and families with Autism Spectrum Disorder and behavior difficulties.  Allison is very community-minded and serves as the secretary of two nonprofit organizations, Southern Sportsmen Foundation and Foreman Youth Sports Association.  In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors (especially on Little River) and cheering for the Arkansas Razorbacks.  Allison is married to Shane Mears, of Foreman, and is the mom to one son, Lawson.
