About the Course
Day-1 (5/14) -A review of the ISO 9001:2015 clauses, with interpretation discussions related to auditing those clauses. Exercises are structured to ensure the students understand the requirements and what to look for in an audit.
Day-2 (5/15) – Focused on a structured approach of conducting a “process based” audit following ISO 19011 Guidance. It also consist of a presentation and discussion with exercises. We walk through the steps of conducting an audit: document review, preparing an audit checklist, gathering evidence ( interviews, record review, observations, etc.), writing non-conformities, and audit summary reporting. There are hands-on on exercises interspersed throughout the day.
