Arkansas Economic Development Commission Manufacturing Solutions (AEDC-MS) is hosting an informational webinar on January 13, 2021 for small to mid-sized manufacturing firms interested in the most cutting ways to maintain continuous improvement during this new world we live in. During this webinar, national and international continuous improvement and Toyota Kata experts from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) will share tips and guidance for manufacturers concerned about what they can do to maintain a continuous improvement (CI) Toyota Kata culture for their workplace.

Small and midsize manufacturers can face unique challenges when it comes to maintaining a culture that is continuously improving during a normal business climate, but it is especially difficult during a pandemic. In these times, even a small disruption to production can cause delays and lack of focus on developing as a CI business.
