THE GAME OF CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

• Top Leadership, Middle Managers and Value Adders do not have the same understanding of CI in terms of importance!

  Arkansas Manufacturing Solutions has created a new, novel and fun Continuous Improvement game that Leaders at all levels of the organization (i.e., Top Leadership, Middle Managers and Value Adders) can utilize in order to galvanize attention and affect real results.  This 1 ½ hour luncheon provides attendees with the formula to achieve goals and conquer challenges.

   

  How the game is played:

• Top Leadership, in conjunction with Middle Management, creates a one-year Challenge.
• Middle Management shares the Challenge with the Value Adders.
• The Value Adders, with help from Middle Management, actualize the Challenge.

By following simple Rules, utilizing Playbooks and managing Scorecards, all levels of the organization participate in the game, are readily connected to the results and have an impact on the outcomes.
