The event will kick off with the Color Guard from Central High School’s JROTC joined by local veteran and recording artist Mike Franklin singing the National Anthem. Afterwards Kendall Penn, Secretary of Arkansas Department of Veterans Affairs, will be our keynote speaker. The day will be filled with three panels consisting of valuable resource partners from around the State. The day concludes with an invaluable FOCI training session provided by DCSA OSBP&IE Chief Dr. Ruby Crenshaw-Lawrence.
