What to Expect:

Exhibitor Booths: Open the afternoon of Oct. 1 and all day Oct. 2, this is your chance to show off the products, tools, and solutions that keep Arkansas manufacturing running strong. All booths include two registrations.

Pre-Conference Workshop (Oct. 1, afternoon): LeanWorks: Lean In Action Get ready to roll up your sleeves in this hands-on Lean Lab experience! This workshop blends energy, strategy, and problem-solving as you journey through the fundamentals of lean thinking:

*Kick things off with the classic Supply Chain Beer Game, where chaos and collaboration collide

*Build understanding with a quick, engaging intro to Lean principles

*Get hands-on with TWI basics using the Fire Underwriter’s Knot

*Wrap up with Toyota Kata-style problem-solving in the Classroom Puzzle Challenge

This experience is fast-paced, practical, and team-driven—perfect for both beginners and experienced leaders looking to refresh their lean mindset.

Conference Day (Oct. 2): A full day of expert panels, breakout sessions, and peer learning focused on workforce development, technology trends, and supply chain resilience.

Fireside Chat & Happy Hour (Oct. 1, evening): Automation Without Alienation: how to introduce new tech without losing your people. Manufacturing peers discussing smart automation while keeping people-first and discussing success and learnings from implementing automation.

Refund Policy: Refunds are allowed up to 16 days prior to the event. Refunded attendees will get a refund for the cost of their ticket minus Eventbrite's charge for their ticketing fees.
