Tracey Rancifer

Business Experience 
Tracey Rancifer is President of Ausum Realty, Inc. Her experience encompasses real estate management/sales/development, asset disposition, corporate relations, government relations and economic development. Rancifer’s career spans through an array of public service and business leadership positions in US Congress - Legislative Research, US Department of Commerce - Business Liaison / International Trade, Arkansas Economic Development, municipality operations and consultancy.  She earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from Rhodes College and Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with honors. She was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Graduate Honor Society and Alpha Epsilon Lambda. 

Rancifer is an entrepreneur, real estate broker and auctioneer. She served on National Association of Realtors (Strategic Planning, Business Issues Policy and Global Business Alliances Committees), Arkansas Realtors Association (Risk Reduction and Professional Standards Committee Member), Council of Residential Specialists (Arkansas Chapter President 2010-2011), and Arkansas Auctioneers Association. She is a real estate mediator and ombudsman for the Arkansas Realtors Association. Additionally, Rancifer is a long-time member of the Arkansas Real Estate Foundation Board (Chairman 2013) and Diaconate of Second Presbyterian Church. 

In 2006, Governor Mike Huckabee appointed Rancifer to the Arkansas Inspection Registration Board and to lead the Brownfield Community Development Grant with the Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service. She developed public/private partnerships and guided communities during eminent domain actions. In 2017, Governor Asa Hutchinson appointed Rancifer as a Commissioner on the Arkansas Economic Development Commission (AEDC) and reappointed to an additional four-year term in 2022 as a Congressional District Appointment At Large. She is a member of the AEDC Bond Guaranty and Technology Growth Committees. Rancifer served on the Arkansas Gubernatorial Finance Committee in 2019. In addition, she served as 2022 Chairman of AEDC and board member of the Arkansas Industrial and Economic Development Foundation.

Since 2012, Rancifer has advocated for women in business.  She is a member of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and Women’s Business Council Southwest Site Certification Review Committee. In fact, she has helped over 100 women business owners obtain their Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) certification. In 2023, the Women’s Business Council Southwest named Tracey Rancifer - "Regional Volunteer of the Year." 

Rancifer has one adult child: Gabrielle Rancifer, BS, who is a graduate student at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL.  She enjoys time with family, music, reading and  travel.
